Don’t worry be happy

Life is full of obstacles. Do not be upset or worry about something that you cannot do anything about. Focus on the things you can improve and don’t worry about the rest. Do not compete with others as that will only make you enemies, compete with yourself. Believe in the process and that you will eventually reach your goal

The Law of Substitution: Your mind can only hold one thought at a time, positive or negative. You can substitute a positive thought for a negative thought or you can replace your negative thoughts with positive thoughts, it is your choice.

The Law of Habit: Any thought or action that you repeat over and over will eventually become a habit.
